Damp mornings continue, plus when we may need to monitor for a few storms this weekend ~ Mia
WEATHER HEADLINES:
• Few isolated showers possible Friday afternoon
• Monitoring for a few storms late Friday night and again Sunday morning
• Warming up next week - 90s in the forecast 🥵
FRIDAY'S POLLEN COUNT:
Molds 7,650, Heavy
FORECAST DETAILS:
Good afternoon! While visibilities have improved from this morning, areas of mist and a few sprinkles are still noted across the San Antonio area. A few, generally isolated, showers will be possible this afternoon with highs in the low 80s and mostly cloudy skies. It will, however, be noticeably warmer out west where sunshine has already taken over for the day.
While not a guarantee, we may need to monitor for a few strong storms late tonight, especially across portions of the Hill Country. Another (slightly better) chance arrives Sunday morning, but both of these rounds will ultimately depend on how storms evolve coming out of West Texas. We'll be monitoring it for you! Regardless -- expect damp mornings this weekend with patchy fog, drizzle, and mist thanks to the humidity, then trending drier into the afternoons.
A warmup follows into next week with high temperatures climbing into the 90s. We'll keep you posted on that in the days ahead!
Have a great afternoon & a great weekend! ~ Mia
