Sneezing? Here's a look at today's pollen count & tomorrow's storm chances ~ Sarah
HEADLINES:
• Humid & warm Saturday with a small chance for isolated storms
• Scattered storms likely first part of Sunday
• Very hot next week
POLLEN COUNT:
Molds - 8,120 - High
FORECAST DETAILS:
Expect more of the same weather today. Morning drizzle with high humidity all day and peeks of afternoon sunshine. The high will be in the mid-80s around San Antonio, low-90s near Del Rio. There's a small chance for an isolated storm today, but higher rain chances tomorrow.
A cool front draped across the Texas panhandle will spark off storms north of us this evening. Outflow boundaries from these storms will be the focus for our storm chances tomorrow. Storm timing and motion will be random, but the best chances (60%) for storms in your neighborhood will be Sunday morning. Some storms could be strong, but the biggest thing we'll be on alert for will be localized flooding.
Rain chances diminish in the week ahead, but heat and humidity stays. It'll be hot with highs in the mid-90s and heat index values near 100°.
Thankfully, a cool front looks to move through Friday, which will finally drop humidity for a few days.
